Step #1: Add Media

Once you’re logged into your myViewBoard Manager account, navigate over to the Media section. This is where you will upload your media files such as images and videos. You can broadcast one image or video at a time.

Step #2: Build Your Playlist(s) 

To broadcast more content, you can build a playlist that combines images, videos, and text. Click the “+” button to upload your content.  Once you have your media files, highlight the desired file and select “Add to playlist” from the three-dot menu.  You can create a new playlist or add to an existing one.

Step #3: Broadcast

With your content uploaded and playlist created, it’s time to switch to broadcast mode.  Remember, by default, myViewBoard Manager is in “Basic Features” mode.  Look for the toggle at the top of the screen and switch to “Advanced Features.”

Now, select the ViewSonic display or group you want to manage and click “Broadcast.”  You will select “Media Content” and you’ll choose “Playlist” from the options and select your desired playlist.  You can also broadcast web pages so if you wanted to broadcast an existing Google Slides presentation or to a YouTube channel, when you click “Broadcast” you will choose web page and simply paste the URL. If you wanted to do something similar with a PowerPoint, you would follow the same steps as above, but select “Presentation File”.

Click “OK,” and your ViewSonic display transforms into a digital signage marvel, cycling through your content or running your playlist.  You can customize playback settings like “Run continuously” or set a “Custom duration.” You can even prevent users from stopping the playback, ensuring your message is delivered. myViewBoard Manager Advanced offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy to update your content and keep your digital signage fresh and informative.
